Schools never left students and parents. There are public meetings that parents can attend and have input. Yet, some chose to go to private schools and now expect the state to pay for it.,What I read is preliminary, the legislature is not going to fund 100% and parents are asking for more than what is presently allowed per student. Please correct me if I am wrong

Competition is what makes free markets thrive.
It lowers prices, improves quality, & encourages improvements.
